There are no refunds or replacements for any leads unless you receive an address with a PO Box. Please contact support if you get a PO Box lead.

We also use fluctuating and depreciating prices — every 12 hours a lead goes unsold, its price drops 5% (minimum $10.00). This ensures you never pay full price for older leads.
